Bringing sustainable paper pulp packaging to low volume businesses [Read more]
A functional prototype designed for user testing
Requiring high tooling costs and large volumes moulded pulp packaging has always been out of reach for small scale producers. Utilising bespoke 3D printed mould tools, this all-in-one solution recycles paper and moulds high-quality packaging which is customizable to boost branding.
Porous mould tool
Porous lattices make up the structure of the mould tools, this geometry is only viable at the required low price point with FDM 3D Printing.
Dual driver desktop speakers
This project showcased surface modelling in SolidWorks with a focus on design for manufacture.
