Point
Point improves upon existing home fertility tests by removing user interpretation of results and complicated, ambiguous test procedures.
Point - test kit
Quantification of sperm concentration is generated by measuring the colour intensity change of a dried chemical reagent on the consumable paper test strip.
Point - packaging
Facilitating an accurate at-home test helps to eliminate the stress of providing a semen sample for external examination, which has been linked to a 39% decrease in sperm concentration. The test refill kits can be ordered from the app to the user's home.
Point - app
The accompanying app facilitates more effective and intuitive communication of results, as well as offering tailored post-test information and after-care based on the user’s profile.

As a designer I am versatile, driven and have a passion for creating products and services that offer insightful and purpose-led solutions.
Whether it be physical or digital, design has the power to influence social and environmental behaviours. I believe that multidisciplinary collaboration is key to harnessing design and using it to drive positive outcomes. During my time at Loughborough and my internship at SharkNinja, I have had the opportunity to develop a multifaceted skill set and establish a well-rounded view of the world of design. I am excited to now immerse myself in the professional design industry, carry on growing as a designer and continue learning from the experienced design teams that I hope to work with after graduating.
