James Wilkes

I'm a creative industrial designer, passionate about developing helpful products which have a positive impact on a users life.

I believe I am a conscientious designer with a focus on creating helpful products which enrich a user’s life. I enjoy tackling complex challenges using the skill set which I have developed over my design education. Thanks to varying projects in Loughborough and on placement I have developed a multidisciplinary skill set, which covers Service Design, Product Design and User Experience. Working at Gtech gave me a chance to develop my engineering skills alongside the industrial design skills that I had built up while at Loughborough Design School. I hope to continue designing products which have a positive impact on a user’s life throughout my career.
