Holly Jackson

I am passionate about gaining a thorough understanding of user needs to develop insight driven designs that delight users. During my year as a user experience designer at Sophos, I experienced the importance of user centred design, designing simplicity into complex cyber security software interfaces for non-technical users, something that is particularly critical to avoid catastrophic impact from user error. I loved working as a part of a multidisciplinary team designing wireframes and Axure prototypes for in-house lab usability testing with customers. I also managed a project on design for accessibilty, ensuring the UI complied with WCAG standards, to avoid barriers for interaction by users with disabilities. I hope to persue a career in user experience, whether that be for physical or digital products.
