ASCEND - final year design project
ASCEND uses pulse oximetry to monitor oxygen saturation and provides personalised feedback to the user throughout their time at altitude; allowing inexperienced hikers to acclimatise more quickly and ascend more safely by informing them of when to advance up the trail.

EXO - modular drone
A modular drone that allows users to upgrade their setup without buying an entirely new drone. With EXO, the battery, camera, flight range and speed can be upgraded separately. The user is able to tailor their drone to suit a particular situation, such as using the upgraded camera for more cinematography-based flying or using the smaller rotor set-up for improved portability when travelling.

I am a versatile designer with key strengths in sketching, CAD development and visualisation. I especially enjoy seeing my ideas evolve from paper to CAD modelling and finally into detailed prototypes with a focus on design for manufacture.
Having worked as a CAD designer at Princess Yachts for a year, I feel my design style leans more towards realistic and manufacturable than “blue sky”. However, I still endeavour to produce aesthetically pleasing and, dare I say it, cool looking products! I have developed technical and interpersonal skills during my time as a student and feel comfortable working with varied departments from concept designers to production teams. With Uni almost over, I am looking forward to jumping back into the design industry to grow as both a designer and an individual.
